i am no one to make judgement on license. there may be a license to drive, license to go abroad, to fly, to ride even to kill. wonder i need license to use, make use, develop even to share *something.

i see license as a ninja technique to constrain, restrain, Jail(see the terms of BSD/Macintosh jail - that was intent to constrain some apps over the whole system not for the owner).

i met no one is able to create a fresh new *something as all *something s are advancement or developed (উন্নয়ন -> অগ্রসর) from some one else. i understand there some logic can be made up: the developer/company needs money how some one can make money without constraining technology->

do you really think with the source code of window$ you can make and continue the development of there tool without there experience and resources? plus a reverse example: so many copyleft violations. inspite of copyleft linux along with GNU tools are being included into ****. i see beings are developers not creators, wonder how some one can restrain any *something i.e. idea/knowledge/experience/technology
